OUTREACH: CARING PLACE MIAMI CENTER

VOLUNTEER OUTREACH OPPORTUNITY: The Caring Place, Miami Center, to serve the homeless and hungry in our community. 
Serve Lunch from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM on March 7th.

Here are some important details for your upcoming service:

Location: 2020 NW 1st Ave. Miami 33127. Upon arrival, please go to the lobby and inform the receptionist that you are volunteering in the kitchen.

Parking: Behind the building and next to the Marathon gas station, you will find an alleyway leading to our parking lot. Additional parking is available in front of the building (please be mindful of pay-by-phone signs where applicable).

Important Reminders:

Age Requirement: All volunteers must be 12 years or older.
Dress Code: Volunteers should wear one step shirt, jeans, and closed-toe shoes

Service Experience: While serving, feel free to chat with residents who are open to conversation. Showing empathy and a willingness to listen can be part of the healing process. You are welcome to take pictures before and after service, but please refrain from including residents and guests in the photos.
